The effect of these activities has brought about improvement of a few setbacks. On one hand, the advantages of the industrial facility are persistently being drained. The trucks are now a part of Milioto Transport as they assumed control over them alongside the property being handed over to Astrea Investment. Then again, the workers of the processing plant have been terminated in squads as the new administration believed that they were not required and were going about as an extra weight on the costs of the industrial facility. Without considering once setbacks which the poor workers would confront after the loss of job, the Ventriglias took this solely on the basis of their personal greed.
To compound the situation, every transaction under Zambezi Portland Cement has now been ceased. The production line has not enrolled any stream of revenue from its operation in the past one and half years. Each payment is being received in off-shore bank account which is directly under the control of the Ventriglia Family. In the interim, the Government of Zambia has neglected to understand the significance of this issue and has not made even a solitary stride towards tending to this issue. The looters keep on operating with full freedom and power, while the labourers and a key contributing manufacturing plant of the Ndola have been pulled down inside a matter of a year and half.
