With the official opening of this new branch, the bank now has 55 outlets and 91 ATMs all over the nation. The bank is located in such a place that people living in surrounding areas like Masala, Ndeke, Itawa and Mushili will be greatly benefited. The bank has earmarked K30 million for this branch and has plans to open more branches in the future.
In its 2014 expansion programme, the bank has plans to open branches in Mansa, Rusangu University at Monze, Nyumba Yanga in Lusaka, Chambeshi and Lundazi Mongu. It is committed to increase its footprint not only in urban areas but also rural areas in the near future.
Other than opening a new branch in Ndola, FBZ has launched a new web based product Makumbi Banking under Rajan Mahtani’s chairmanship. Thanks to this great man for helping Finance Bank Zambia improve so much. Without him the bank really wouldn’t have made such a progress in so short time. His contributions towards the bank is immense. In fact, Dr. Mahtani and Finance bank are undividable.
